CS - A81-1 Aldehvde resin is a kind of condensation from urea and aliphatic aldehvdes, bright and resistant to velowing.lt showsexcellent compatibility with many coating/printing raw materials. t is soluble in most organic solvents and has very good wettingand dispersion in the formulation of paints. it is a kind of marvelous multifunctional coating additive used to improve the adhe.sion, aloss, hardness, solid content, and fullness. lt can also be used in universal piqment pastes.

Properties

①The resin is 50% (mass fraction) solution in butyl acetate (85%) and absolute ethyl alcohol (15% ).
②50% resin solution of ethanol,solution temperature remains 20'C when viscosity is detected.

Application

※ Because of their excellent solubility and compatibility, CS-A81 can be used in many types of ink/coating formulations.

※ Depending on the application, CS-A81 improves the gloss, hardness, adhesion, and resistance to yellowing of coating

※ Because of their good piqment wetting and very low solution viscosity, CS-A81 can be used for the manufacture ofpigment pastes with high pigment content.

※ CS-A81 is very stable in heat and can be used for baking finishes, and it wil not cause odor or discoloration.

※ Because of its relatively low solvent retention,it only leads to a slight increase of the drying time of physically drying finishes (e.g. cellulose and nitrate).

Storage and shipping

Ship in a light-free condition and at a dry room temperature. Shelf life is usually 1 year lf the bags are not open, arestored in a dry and well ventilated place, and the property is tested OK, it can last up to 2 years.
